Inače, nismo ljubitelji lazanja, ali ovaj recept je odličan! Čitava tepsija se pojela u jednom obroku. Bitno je dovoljno začiniti i ne štediti na namirnicama, posebno siru i mesu.
RECEPT:
- kašika maslinovog ulja
- ⅓ glavice luke
- kašičica bijelog luka u prahu
- 300g mljevenog mesa
- šolja paradajz sosa
- začini (origano, peršun, vegeta, biber, muškatni oraščići)
Za bešamel sos:
- 2 kašike ulja
- 2 kašike putera
- 1,5 kašika brašna
- 2 šolje mlijeka
i kada to postane gusto, dodati 1,5 šolju mozzarella sira
sada samo redajte, red mesa, red lazanja paste, red bešamel sosa. Na kraju pospite edamer sirom. Pecite oko 45 minuta na 180ºC.

- ⅓ onion
- a teaspoon of garlic powder
- 300g minced meat
- a cup of tomato sauce
- spices (oregano, parsley, Italian spices, pepper, nutmeg)
For bechamel sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1.5 tablespoons of flour
- 2 cups of milk
and when it becomes thick, add 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese.
First layer is a meat with tomato sauce, then lasagna paste, and then bechamel sauce. Repeat until there is no more. Finally sprinkle edamer cheese. Bake for about 45 minutes at 180ºC.
