This is such a great idea. Yes, the students will be stepping out of their comfort zones with this method but at least the voices that have not been heard will be able to speak up.

Tracking is a great idea. Reflection is always worthwhile, but I find that buy in from students is often difficult

I really enjoyed watching the video. The idea of scaffolding and metacognitive awareness are the 2 points that I liked the most. Giving the students the chance to read and discuss is really great.

Nice video ... and important teaching strategy but maybe too many texts ...
