At 0:46, editor slipped up and included a second of Kidman grimacing and shaking her head -- and then the sequence cuts to the close-up shot of Kidman putting 'something' in her mouth. I'm a retired editor with 36 years in the business. Kidman never ate one bug in this entire sequence. All the close-ups supposedly showing her putting a bug in her mouth never actually allow a clear view of what is going into her mouth. It's all a sham.
