And I just want to put out there that I think "Malawax nafaqeesan" (The only malawax ive ever seen besides in your malawax video) goes great with suqaar.

@leftysergeant Never thought of the conserving energy part, but it does make a lot of sense. Cutting the beef so small also means that you could use cheaper cuts.

You should be able to find it at A & P, Associated or any food basics. Most ethnic stores also have different types of vegetable seasoning.

How big of a classic is suqaar!! I had this and beer/liver so much in somalia.Alhamdulilah.No a fan of liver but suqaar is so nice.People eat this with laxoox/anjeero for breakfast literally up and down the land.Even my friends from ogadenia or northern kenya where having this on their hols.Why do have political issues again...
