Can you do a tutorial on what to do on official server without mods? Im getting "Battle eye query timeout" message EVERY 15 mins. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, allowing the program through windows firewall, verifying integrity of game files, deleting all ark files from computer and reinstalling, but it's not working. There doesn't seem to be a known fix if I google it. I'm just about ready to quit.
