Hey everyone! Welcome back to Stone Mountain BBQ! It feels great to bring you another video. After about a 6 month break, wifey and I are rollin' smoke once again. In this video we show you our first cook with the Pit Boss Austin XL, and smoke up some delicious Pork Belly Burnt Ends. I hope you enjoy.

Ingredients-
Whole Pork Belly (skinless)
BBQ Rub (use what you like)
Honey
Brown Sugar
Butter
BBQ Sauce (use your favorite)

I like the shake and bake method. I think everybody is doing pork belly. My video comes out Wednesday. LOL. They look really good. Thanks for sharing

I have a slab of uncut bacon - what's your opinion on how your method would turn if I used it since it's already cured and smoked? I'd hate to waste perfectly good bacon...

Yessir! Burnt ends are meat candy and so dang good. The glaze looks spot on and I’m sure those were delicious. Good to see ya back Jason!
