The best manager the UK has ever produced full stop. I am a life long Wolves fan and how I wish we'd had the privilege of him managing us. RIP Mr. Clough.

Nobody tells these Cloughie stories better than big Mark and his impressions are superb. Could listen to the big man all day. Cloughie was a total one off but his record speaks for itself. And Mark was a very fine goalkeeper in his day. 👏👏

OMG, that was hilarious. I am 63 and I remember cloughie like it was yesterday, what a character, he made football interesting.

I'm a Fulham fan. Brian Clough is the best manager England never had. All down to the suits at the FA!

Brian Clough was a legend, but what a character Mark Crossley is. He was a great goalkeeper, and as a die hard Forest fan I think he was the second best keeper we ever had after Peter Shilton. He made some bloopers but oh my word, did he pull off some absolute world-class saves against some phenomenal opposition.

I'm an Everton fan personally but Cloughie was the best, what a legend.

Liverpool fan and I idolise cloughie. The man along with Peter Taylor were pure magic and the respect and success they achieved you have to acknowledge never mind who you support. Sadly we’ll never see the likes again as football now is all dirty money, corrupt owners and managers who squander billions and they are not fit to lace cloughis boots. God bless you Brian and Peter you were a a pain to my club but they were great days.

I have zero interest in football (loved it when I was 8, had trophies and all that crap) but absolutely love Brian Clough - a real human being - this was amazing. Mark Crossley missed his calling as an impressionist, what a champ! This was a right laugh from start to finish, an absolute joy.

I can't get enough of MC's stories and impressions of Cloughie. Top drawer and never fails to make me laugh.
Clough was definitely a special kind of genius and despite some of the more "cruel" stunts he pulled on his players, they still speak very fondly of him.

As a Scotsman I loved Clough.
I was also delighted when he was never offered the England job.
He really was a one off.

Best manager ever, brutal, honest, football first, everyone's dad with a huge sense of humour, he kept people humble.

Whenever I saw Brian Clough on tv, I was always impressed by his obvious intelligence and honesty. This is the first time I have heard anyone else talk about him. Thank you. Great stories.
