PARTY PREP WITH ME DIY FRENCH CAFÉ INSPIRED BIRTHDAY
Today we are doing a DIY French Café inspired birthday party! I will show you how I make a DIY balloon garland and a couple classic French dishes. I hope you enjoy!
This party is for an adult, but you could definitely switch up a few things to make it kid friendly too.

Escargot
(my family recipe)
1 can small snails
1/2 c butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, minced
2 tbsp fresh minced flat-leaf parsley

Place snails in 4 escargot dishes. Combine remaining ingredients and press into baking dishes to cover escargot. Using gloves makes this process much easier. Place escargot dishes on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees just until bubbling - about 10-12 minutes.
