Why do they need a law to NOT support the federal government in enforcement of unconstitutional law? Just say "NO" And then there is jury nullification. Just vote "not guilty" on the jury...The people are really going to have to step up now...States can't even help them now.

How are Second Amendment Sanctuary Laws any different than the marijuana legalization and sanctuary for illegal alien laws? Aren’t they all states or cities telling the federal government that federal laws don’t apply in the state or city?

Does no one, especially lawyers, actually READ Article VI, Clause II. It says THE CONSTITUTION is the Supreme law of the land, then there's the words In Pusuance Thereof... it DOES NOT say the Federal Government is Supreme to the States.

It even encompasses that law created by the Federal Government must be made IN PURSUANCE THEREOF.

If anybody is in violation of Article VI, Clause II it's the Federal Govt.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

Its pretty clear that the "Laws of the United States" MUST be made IN PURSUANCE THEREOF, the Constitution.
