When the White Queen is on C5 threatening Mate, the only way out for Black seems to be: Q - D6. This stops the far Mate on F8 and protects the C7 Pawn from capture.

White would likely use the Knight on B5 to capture the White Queen on D6, then C7 Pawn captures the White Knight on D6.

Black would be down a Queen, but still alive to fight.
