I've been working as a Business Analyst for the past three years, with a strong focus on supporting project management activities. My day-to-day responsibilities typically include:

1. Kicking off the day with stand-up meetings, reviewing team updates, and assigning tasks accordingly.
2. Coordinating with clients to align on priorities and ensuring timely delivery of work.
3. Creating and maintaining documentation, process flows, presentations, and UI wireframes.
4. Regularly following up with the team to ensure everything is on track and moving as planned.
5. Since we're a small team, tools like Zoho and Jira are used sparingly—assignments are usually handled directly due to tight delivery timelines. I'm currently working on improving our planning process to bring more structure to the workflow.

I am glad to see your experience as a project manager is based on reality. There was another project manager on YouTube stating he finished work at 5PM and didn't look at emails before starting work. I found that to be truly unrealistic. As far as the demo goes, I would like to think you ran through it yesterday and not waiting until half an hour prior to make sure everything is okay.

Hi Max, nice video and presentation, I am just starting as a project manager, so I would like to share some insights, Is there a way I could build a portfolio so that I could share to my next potential employers, also apart from pmp, prince, scrum, what else could i do to upskill myself, like learning cloud and certification of aws, azure, gcp . It would be really great if you could share some insights on these.
