I enjoy your videos very much and thank you for all the heads up. I came across a few tough questions while filling out my CASPA and was wondering if you can summarize these questions in a video: 1. "describe how you fit into the (school name) PA program" 2. "how your academic preparation will make you successful in our PA program" 3. "What motivated you to apply to (school name) PA program" and 4. "tell us about your personal and clinical experience and how that makes you a good candidate for (school name) PA program.
These were not easy to tackle and it sort of made me want to skip this school because it was hard to answer, but I managed and I hope it was good enough of an answer.

I’m going from being a respiratory therapist graduating magma cum laude with 4.5 years experience to getting my bachelors in health science and getting LORs from critical care doctor I worked with, respiratory dean, and supervisor from my old job. I’m hoping that will look good just in case I bomb a few courses. I have till spring 2022 to finish with one extra prerequisite I need to apply. I only have one choice of school so my chances are slim

For the "why PA" question, would you recommend telling your story in chronological order as to how you decided upon PA? I've seen recommendations to do this but I don't want my answer to be too long winded. Is there a time limit I should give myself when answering this question? I could give a concise answer and then give a bit of background I guess.

Regardless of the profession, there is a universal truth: who gets the job may not be the one who can best do the job, but the one who can best do the interview for the job. Sad but true. I suspect this is true of this type of interview.
