Wayne LaPierre resigns as NRA CEO after more than 30 years

Wayne LaPierre announced his resignation from the National Rifle Association after leading it for more than 30 years. It comes days before the start of a civil lawsuit brought by New York’s attorney general, accusing LaPierre and the NRA of fraud and financial misconduct, which they have denied. NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports.

Isn't he up on criminal charges? Seems like I heard that some years back...he should have resigned and hid then!! The NRA asked him 2 step down, hoping 2 wash away the previous scandal, involving his high crimes. Trial...coming 2 the forefront! 👍.
