I'm a female mechanic too! Great to see you dominating this field and showing other women how to step up and challenge intimidation with knowledge 💪

I love how she's teaching her customers. Most mechanics won't let you know nor see that they're ripping you off. I think I could trust her.

I’m a guy and I salute you for what you do. There needs to be more women working on auto mobiles. I wouldn’t really call it a male’s field it’s just something more guys do out there. What I’m saying is that anyone is qualified to build skills on anything. 😊👍

I'm in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is definitely a woman after my own heart. I've done the same for other women in my community. Nothing is more empowering than going to the junkyard for part's with a group of gals for an alternator on a 02 Chrysler Minivan.
Something else that's proven is men often overcharge women customer's for parts, and labor. Having a woman technician is always a plus.

I just showed your video to my female friend and try to encourage her to do some of the simple things that they’ve been trying to overcharge her for at the shops. Normally I’m not available to her to do these type of simple things but through YouTube videos and just a simple oh, wanting to know she can actually do these jobs herself. She has a chance just solenoid on her 2013 Chevy Malibu above the oil filter. I’m telling her it’s a simple job but she’s looking at me crazy lol.

Not a mechanic but I'm interested in cars. I would love to have some car mechanic lessons as a woman. I own two cars, both are second hand and are with me for a long time. When I get them serviced, I usually watch how auto mechanics service my car which is so fascinating. I learned little things here and there along the way though.

So are men also Empowered in the shop or is it just women Empowered. What is the definition of Empowerment in regards to gender? Hmmm

I love how she’s showing a group of women how to do fix cars lol. imagine it would be sexist and considered “‘mansplaining” for a man to tell a woman how to do something. You know, rather than just look at it as the Teacher and Student. Good on you for choosing to do what you want to do, just let of go of the gender hang ups and go for it.
