My cable breaks, a lot. Ive never changed it myself, i always go to my audiologist for assistance.
My problem is that it keeps breaking, at the magent on my head, never near the battery. They way thsis guy in the video held his processor at the very end, thats how i put my battery in with the wire curved like that. Why do mine keep breaking and any advice for storage? I keep mine in thay same zippered black pouch.its as straight as i can put it in there but usually the coil i have curved down toawd the middle. I never let the magnet dangle, or hold it by just the magnet/battery part. Im soctired of asking for thos wire to be replaced. Ive only had my implant since 2021 and o just reached out for another to be shipped. 😢
