Majówkowe BR285-122 i ST44-1228 w Gołubiu i Krzesznej // BR285 and ST44 at Golubie&Krzeszna

Piękna majówka w krajobrazie Kaszub i BR285-122 luzem, a za nim ST44-1228 ze stalą do Somonina i luzem z powrotem, Gołubie i Krzeszna. // Beautiful May scenery of Kashubia with lone BR285-122 loco, followed by ST44-1228 with steel to Somonino and back alone, Golubie & Krzeszna.

14.05.2018 | Przepiękne majówkowe klimaty Kaszub, często nazywanych "szwajcarią kaszubską", doprawione kolejową nutką towarów po "węglówce": pierwszym aktorem na stacji w Gołubiu Kaszubskim jest Lotosowski BR285-122 jadący luzem od strony Kościerzyny. Na odległość wolnego przebiegu podąża za nim ST44-1228 PKP Cargo z towarkiem relacji Zajączkowo Tczewskie - Somonino, który został sfilmowany również w Gołubiu, jednak z zupełnie innej perspektywy. Następnie przenosimy się na wiadukt w Krzesznej, którędy to w kłębach mazutu podąża luzak w drodze powrotnej, a więc ST44-1228 z Somonina do Zajączkowa. Pozdrowienia dla maszynisty! :)

14th May 2018 | Beautiful May scenery of Kashubian area with a little bit of railway flavour added to it: first we see Lotos' BR285-122 powering alone from Koscierzyna and passing Golubie Kaszubskie station. It is being followed by PKP Cargo's ST44-1228 leading steel train from Zajaczkowo Tczewskie to Somonino, seen also at Golubie but from completely different perspective. Then we hop to Krzeszna viaduct, where lone ST44-1228 is seen coming back from Somonino and thrashing to Zajaczkowo.

Awesome video, Mike! Looks like the summer arrived to Northern Poland :) I very much liked the multiple long-range shots of steel train flying by Gołubie and through the beautiful green scenery. ST44-1228 probably doesn't like being filmed, it was trying to hide behind a smoke screen in the last shot, hehe :)
