Hi I'm Mikee. I make instrumental backing tracks with influences from different genres using a combination of live instruments and VSTI's.
Here you will find original guitar backing tracks for you to practise improvising guitar, singing, rapping or whatever musical instrument you play.
I upload guitar jam tracks in different keys, time and genres including R&B, Blues, Hip Hop, metal, Reggae, rock, melodic rock, funk, soul, 80's and more.
New backing / jam tracks every monday, wednesday and friday.

The backing tracks are free to play over for social media videos.
I sell licenses for full distribution.

If you have any requests for upcoming backing tracks or want to contact me you can email me.

If you like my content and would like to support the channel you can buy high quality downloads from bandcamp, amazon, Itunes and stream on pretty much all the streaming platforms.
You can also subscribe on bandcamp for £6 per month and you can download all of my new tracks and also get loads of backing tracks from my back catalogue.

My dude.. I need you to know something. You are 1 of 3 YouTubers that I have been watching in the last year or so for this EXACT content.. and because of your content, I have been able to further my lead playing and soloing and overall improv skills and find new and just fantastic ways of combining things into stuff that I never thought myself capable of. So, Thank You for everything you do. You make such a huge difference to this community in a GIGANTIC way whether you know it or not. You're a real one, Brother! Keep it up! <3 \m/

The anticipated chord punches in the chorus are a grand gesture on your part… Good man with a much-used but welcomed hook up your sleeve😊. Great timing for the punch.

I'm using this backing track to practice my d minor handpan drum and it sounds VERY nice together! It's difficult to find backing tracks that sound good with metal percussion instruments because metallic sounds drown out most other instruments. Or, it sounds really off-key if you're playing them to something in a different key. This is perfect and has a nice brisk tempo and easy chords that can be played on other instruments. Big thanks and thumbs up! I'll be using this track again!

This is absolutely so beautiful that it breaks my heart (in a good way).

Thanks; always look forward to your work. Great platform to try each mode against each tract. Here, messed with Dorian and Phrygian. The latter gives nice dissonance and alternatives to the natural minor. Really great stuff, all the you post; so many thanks! Cheers from PDX, OR USA.

It reminds me of some of the music on the movie World War Z. Not identical or anything…..just the same sort of vibe. Good stuff.

This sounds like something that would play as the main character in a zombie apocalypse movie makes his way to safety as he watches the world fall apart below him in a helicopter while reminiscing of what he had to do to get to said helicopter.
