This recipe is one of the dinners my greek mom would make for dinner during autumn time. The only change might be tomato puree instead of tomatoes (depends on the season).
+ nutmeg for kickin that spinach! 🤗 In winter time, she added a leek and it was a whole new dish!

I just cooked this and it was so delicious! I was sceptical at first because I wasnt sure if the chicken and the khirtaki would get the right consistency at the same time, but it turned out just perfectly, the chicken was tender and the pasta soft. Awesome, thank you.
