2024 Nissan Rogue Platinum. Spent several hours on the phone with support. Finally, I was able to connect my car and the phone app. However, I am experiencing an issue where the remote start engine fails in approximately 70% of attempts.

After adding the vin and vehicle information, this app does not have the option to remotely start up my 2024 Nissan Sentra SV nor does it let me do the climate temperature change on it. I can only start up my car with the remote but not with the app how come?

Can't connect to my Nissan Qashqai from 2024. I get an incorrect VIN error, even though it's correct. This is ridiculous.

I have get a 2024 Nissan Rogue Platinum in October, and my Nissan app doesn’t work properly, I don’t see the options to remote start. I feel cheated by Nissan store.

I got my 2023 Pathfinder Platinum a few weeks ago, the app is really good! Not accustomed to a car app just working yet.

I have a 2023 Rouge. The best feature of the app is the remote start but what's the point if you can't control what the temp is going to be inside the car? Start the car early in the summer time and NOT have the AC getting cool. So awesome.

If the feature is there for the Ariya, then why not other models?

Mileage doesn't update. Range doesn't update. Thank goodness it was 'free' with my new vehicle. Definitely too pathetic to pay for.

So I just got a 2015 Nissan Special Edition. I downloaded the app & got the car verified. The top row of buttons like unlocking the car don’t show up. Do I have to pay to have the buttons?

I have a 21 Nissan rogue SL and was curious I got the app and I’m registered but I only have access to the unlock/lock buttons, is the remote start from the app limited to newer years?
