The last equation was the most convoluted way of describing it I've ever seen with square cm's and all the rest. The easy explanation is to say "To convert from pa to Kpa move the decimal to the left 3 times (as per any standard conversion chart), BANG now you have the equivalent Kpa's and you can do the equation as normal after that"

I didnt get 0.0726, I dont understand what I did wrong, 500 x 0.225 / 100 x 2.54, if I dont learn how to do this ill fail engineering

You do set up the problem wrong. This is the correct:
(500x.225x2, 54^2/100^2)=0.0725805
You forgot squared 2, 54 and divisor 100.
