My favourites are Daran Norris (Spiderman PSX), Tom Hardy (live action movie), Hank Azaria (Spiderman TAS) and Keith Szarabajka (Web of Shadows).

For me, Venom always had a really deep voice, without any effects, just really deep. Dan Norris for me, its the voice I hear whenever I read a comic with Venom in it. Not because of just nostalgia but also because he did that voice all by himself without help from computers or pitch correction. Close second would be the Ultimate Spiderman game and Web of Shadows. The others were either too overdone with effects or too high pitched. Venom should always have a deep voice cause he's freakishly huge.

Tom Hardy is the perfect Venom. That's exactly how I always pictured the character to sound like.

Tom's voice is mostly filtering, but he gets the pace of Venom's speech and the unique, sadistic inflection down perfectly. Especially when you hear him talk in the movie. "EDDIE!" just sounds so right.

Most of the other guys sound great too though. I like the Web of Shadows one.
