Okay but I genuinely don’t understand people who specifically listen to only one type of music, because there’s good songs in every genre 😭 Like, if it’s good, it’s good. For all you young people watching, let me tell you some things don't change between generations. This is exactly what happened in the 1990s. The "in" thing to say was, "I like all types of music, except country!"

Country and Rap are the two most controversial genres. I’ve lived on the west coast where almost everyone said “I like all genres except maybe country, ” on the East coast, rural, it was the opposite, everyone liked all genres except for rap.

Yea, these type of people are the best one, when they say they "like every type of music" and literally can discuss every freaking existing genre. People who say "I like every type of music" and then proceed to say "ew, what is that" when you basically played some average old rock instead of pop 2024 top charts shit, that's who are really annoying.. Like, if you like modern pop, just say you like pop, no one will say anything if you don't like goofy aah 300 monthly listeners sub-sub-sub genres
