Ok, but what if the sending domain is different from the one authorised by mailgun? Postfix configuration, with external SMTP service, is unique for all hosted domains, but it should work for any of them. Fact is that if the "from" header, of the sent email, deals with a domain which has not been authorised (dkim resource record on dns zone) by mailgun, then no message would be delivered by postfix, and even if SMTP injection will be established, nevertheless mailgun would not allow SMTP delivery.
