Y'all are pretty communistic when comes to your "lifetime warranty". With other companies I actually talked to a person, they told me "don't worry about it, keep the old one we'll ship you a new one". Done. You guys need confirmations for confirmations, in depth detail, I have to pay you AGAIN, and you hold on to the new one until I send back the crap that doesn't work and you're probably going to trash anyway.
