Rainbow watermelon ice cream Recipe ⬇️
- Whip 16 oz heavy cream with 4 oz sweetened condensed milk until stiff peaks form. (If it’s hard to be whipped when the room temperature is hot, whip it over a ice water bath.)
- For each layer of ice cream, mix 2 to 3 tbsps of tgr fruit puree with 1/2 cup of whipped cream. Optional add food coloring.
- keep in the freezer overnight. Take it out from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting.

If you’re too lazy to puree 7 fruits, you can secretly use food coloring for all the layers. Just don’t tell me! 🫣

If you do not like papaya, I suggest doing cantaloupe. That’s what I did for this recipe because I do not like papaya and cantaloupe made it taste really good.
