But my old company has signed the termination letter.
If I cancel the previous application and then apply for a new application to change the sponsorship for same or another new empolyer, will I be able to do so or will my previous company give approval?

I had a text message from MOL on October 31st about request; my previous employer accepted the no notice period already.

It's been 2 weeks now and still pending when I check.
