How about Polk County Animal Control address the animal neglect and cruelty going on in their very own shelter. No air conditioning, animals panting and having heat exhaustion, having unattended parasites and illnesses, etc.

Those cats were not starving. At least she was feeding them, and cats can and do get in fights that can cause eye and other injuries. Unfortunately cats like to fight, but that crap all over the floors is yuk...that person should have been given warnings, instead of arrests. And it WAS her house, if she wanted to live in crap, that should have been her right, Judd. Now if they were literal skin and bones, starved, that would be another story, but they WEREN'T.
