Poor range of motion, not full range of motion. The check just means you went faster. Keep working though!

I’m kind of confused on how to get that to actually work, I’m new and have always struggled with proper push up form? Could you help

📍Back when I first began my fitness journey, I made a common mistake that I really want to address right here.

Many of you might unknowingly be hindering your chest gains by not maintaining proper scapula positioning. You see, not keeping your scapula depressed at the top and retracting it at the bottom during pushups can be a big mistake. Trust me, I've experienced it myself. However, once I corrected this, it had a really big impact on my progress, and I'm happy to share this tip with all of you.

By dedicating attention to your form and ensuring your scapula stays in the correct alignment, you'll shift the focus from your triceps to your chest. This subtle adjustment can really transform how you feel and build your chest. So, always remember to keep this in mind when performing pushups!
