Tim Allen REACTS to ‘Lightyear’ with Chris Evans (Exclusive)

‘Home Improvement’ stars Tim Allen and Richard Karn are back in the shop on a quest for ‘More Power’! They spoke to ‘Extra’s’ Jenn Lahmers about their new series, which puts all kinds of tools to the test and showcases some of the most skilled makers around the country. Tim also gives his thoughts on the new animated movie ‘Lightyear,’ which stars Chris Evans as the voice of Buzz Lightyear, the character Tim famously voiced in the ‘Toy Story’ movies. ‘More Power’ premieres June 29 on the History Channel.

I'm growing to appreciate Tim Allen more and more--he is right when he says there is no Buzz Lightyear without Woody (Tom Hanks) because the formula isn't there. Disney doesn't realize you can't just come in and re-write a popular character without serious repercussions, in this case a movie that had potential but fizzled along the way.
