No no no you NEED to explain the leg movement in depth. I can do everything you've been teaching up until now but if my legs keep stalling when I'm pushing up I'll just keep doing one mill and then flopping down like a dead fish I'm so confused about continuing the leg motion that it's driving me nuts. Please. From the back spin, what should my legs do when I'm pushing up to mill again?
