California Highway Patrol needs to take lessons from Arkansas State Troopers. They don't mess around when they're chasing somebody they put him they wouldn't let the chase go on for an hour

CHP needs to learn a thing or two from the ASP. The CHP treats criminals too much like the "No no don't do that or you will get a time out" parents that are so soft they make Charmin look like granite rock.

It is routine in California to see violent criminals with lengthy records stealing cars, hits, runs, DUIs, etc.
