It's hundreds of compounds. Some which stimulate estrogen, some which inhibit aromotase activities and prevent testosterone aromatasing into estrogen. So theortecically some could stunt a young persons growth and some could make you taller, theoretically. Same probably goes for the breast tissue. This will totally vary on which the bees forage though. Then there's the pesticide issues which you'd have to do good due diligence when purchasing pollen.
