I have it in my 25 Rebel, I added Wi-Fi and a firestick to play movies. Wife used it like a hand full of times and always halfway on our trips she would go back to her cell phone. She said "Cellphone was easier to use"

Honestly just put a spot where the passenger can mount a phone or tablet. I think that would be more useful

That passenger screen is the dumbest thing Stellantis has done to the Ram since dumping the Hemi. Cheap. Useless. Looks awful. And now the upper glove box is gone. I use that thing all the time in my truck. I would literally NEVER use this stupid screen. Good example of how truly lost Stellantis and the Ram brand are.

I’m a working man. I’ve owned 3 ram1500’s. Loved every one of em. Can’t beat the power and sound of the hemi. No way I would want a v6 in a full size truck. If Ram sticks with this motor I’ll buy something else.

Stellantis and Toyota do a hell of a job doing everything they can to distract you from the fact that their "sporty new trucks" have an inline 6 and, even better, an inline 4 respectively

I thought this was useless too until I started to use it for the maps with my 5500 ram, the huge screen helps beyond measure, limits your need to use the phone essentially making your trip safer

This is great for a few things. as the passenger can check cameras to make sure everything is okay with what ever you are towing should you hit some bumps in the road (some of the highways near me could use some love, they in bad condition). as for Nav, anything they look up they can send the directions to the driver, so the driver never has to look away from the road. you can use your smartphone for music. but you can also plug it in and watch videos on the screen. think about it. you can watch YouTube, listen to it with your headphones. and you guested it, not have to counter every move you make because you don't have to hold the screen and it won't bounce.

Also, for those that don't want the screen. maybe you should consider not getting a luxury truck where that is standard, and go for the trucks where it's optional.

The dash needs a redesign. The main screen should be left right. Not up down. Upper glove box was better use of space

I wish the screen was half that size and had hard set buttons below. Fidgeting with a touch screen while driving takes way more focus than reaching over to your hard set buttons for climate control, stereo volume, ect. No need for the screen to be that big
