Thank you so much for this video. I followed your steps and cleaned everything you said should be cleaned.
I found a rusted bottle cap that was causing the dishwasher to not work properly and the lights to flash!!!!

anyone in the comments know . after i did this i also did take out that middle piece but i was left with a washer i have no idea where it goes, it had to have been with one of the pieces

You’re still getting mileage from this video. I knew there had to be a filter in this thing…my dishes were coming out as dirty as they went in.
