I became a Muslim roughly a month ago because I’ve been watching videos and my friend at work who told me about Islam and everything about it changed my life. Before I became a Muslim, I was sad, depressed and stressed with life but ever since I became a Muslim I feel at peace, happy and a proud Muslim ❤️

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a bit about my journey from Christianity to Islam. 🙏

So, I grew up in a Christian family, going to church every Sunday, you know the drill. But one day, I stumbled upon a book about different religions and decided to dive into it. I started learning about Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, and Islam, and something about Islam just clicked with me.

I started visiting a local mosque, talking to the Imam, and making friends in the Muslim community. It was amazing to learn about their beliefs and practices. The focus on compassion, submission to one God, and community really resonated with me.

After a lot of soul-searching and deep conversations, I decided to convert to Islam. It was a personal choice driven by my quest for spirituality and truth. 😊

My family and friends were a bit surprised at first, but they saw how happy and at peace I was with this decision. It's not about abandoning my Christian background, but rather expanding my spiritual horizons.

I am a woman just at the beginning of my journey to Islam and I’m very alone in this, no one around to guide me really, just 1person but I feel like a burden. I am feeling overwhelmed not sure what to read or listen to in English! I have the Quran but struggling to sit reading and understanding it, is there any books or anything that can help explain the words of Allah and what they mean? Maybe I’m expecting to much all in one go but I’m just wanting to be good at learning prayer, knowing and understanding Allah and the prophets stories too. Any advice, easy to understand books or things to listen to would be a great help thank you, i pray Allah makes it easy for me to learn the way quickly inshallah. Really good discussion Ali, clear and direct. I was baptised 3 years ago but the more I study the more I see the flaws in the teachings of the bible. This man really believes the 4 gospels were written by the individuals named but they weren't. The Gospel of Mark dates from c. AD 66–70,  Mathew and Luke around AD 85–90, and John AD 90–110. Despite the traditional ascriptions, all four are anonymous and most scholars agree that none were by eyewitnesses. I hope he learns more about these contradictions because as he and Ali said we need to make sure we are following the truth now because when this life is over its too late to go back and rectify our mistake
