Some people who get headaches/migraines very often also get them less frequently with short hair, doesn’t work for everyone but it helps some people.

For me the weight of my hair caused headaches no matter how I wore it when I had long hair.

In all fairness, I had a super short pixie and after growing it out I do legitimately still prefer and find life easier with short hair. I have sensory issues though and also just love when women have short hair. It’s fun to come across other women with short hair and compliment each other when you live in areas where it’s uncommon
