• 1 chopped carrot
• Salt to taste

You forgot a few things like seasonings, Ricotta Cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese etc

I have been doing this for years! I do it a bit different but the idea is the same.
Much easier than regular lasagna and you can make as much or as little as u want! Dorm friendly too.

It's most certainly a dish kinda resembling a lasagna and made from most of the same ingredients but 1: it's missing the bechamel sauce and 2: what makes a lasagna a lasagna is the layering. What you showed here is basically just fancy pasta al Bologna.

One thing I love about lasagna, Pizza, any Italian dishes. Sauce & cheese touching & I brown the cheese on top. It's thick enoughto still be creamy-stringy inside then mixed with sauce.
That is my Heaven.
