We briefly looked at the tilemap before, but it's time to take a more in depth look!
Last time we just used one layer, but actually the Genesis can have 3 tilemaps, and 2 can scroll... Lets get those tilemaps moving!

I wish the NES had this "Window" layer, it would make having a SMB1 styled HUD so much easier (I feel like you need to be a rocket scientist to program that thing, I swear it was harder than making the actual game)
