These are plagued by a serious problem. The engineers decided to have a slip connection where the brass valve slips inside of a plastic bore, and is sealed with orings. The plastic elongates then you get a nice leak. You may get by with thicker orings. Otherwise you're tearing open the wall to rip this valve out.
