It’s unfortunate that the suspect was only injured when he was shot. I’m glad that the Officer is expected to survive.

Bail reform needs to go back a few decades. This clown should have already been in jail.

DAs and judges should be facing charges, as accessory to the next crime, these criminals commit, a crime against innocent civilians. Citizens should start filing civil suits against these DA’s and judges every time repeat offenders get put back on the street to commit more crimes. Stop victimizing society with the same criminals over and over again by charging them with lower crimes, or letting them out on bond, after they are already out on bond, still committing more crimes

Why doesn’t being on bond for another crime disqualify you from getting out on bond AGAIN for a new crime?

These were crimes committed in different counties and the defendant is presumed innocent. But does ANYTHING cause bond to be revoked, other than not showing up in court?

Maybe judges that turn these people loose should also be prosecuted in cases like this. How much more is going to be tolerated. The criminals are dictating lawlessness and getting away with it.
