Brian and Chris had it coming in this episode. Since it's not the first time Stewie tries to kill them. He almost killed Chris at the lake. And other Stewie died scene since he choked from Rupert eye.

Stewie should have killed Brian and Chris when he had a chance because none of them have learn their lesson at all even after Stewie left them go, but what I don't get is that after Stewie finally decided to kill them why the heck did he killed himself after Meg appear.
