How to Knit Increases 3 Different Ways

Learn three types of knitting increases: Knit 1 front and back, purl 1 front and back; make one increases, and right- and left-leaning increases.

Finally! A good explanation of "make one" -- and why I always get holes when I try to increase this way. And so I've been resorting to k1 Front & Back, which makes that purl stitch where it doesn't belong.

One way to meet the needs of both the beginner group and the impatient knowitalls is to mark the points in the video where the stitches are so the experienced knitters can skip straight to them without skipping over things that can be of support to a less experienced knitter.

Hi, the way you knit is amazing! I've never seen anything like that. PLEASE make a video of how you knit and purl - slow motion and how you keep the yarn and how to hold the needles. I'd like to learn your style. Thanks a lot! You wrap the yarn around your middle finger and then use your index finger to flick it to the needle (if I saw correct). I'm impressed.
