hi is it solid and leak proof all my shakers start leaking from the side thread and im fed up

I have plastic one and the problem I have with these are that they smell really bad after awhile with protein powder, even if you wash, it's hard to get the smell out. Do the stainless steel ones have the same problem?

Are you supposed to drink the protein while the ball is still inside?, or should you remove it?

Will the bottle cap have the whey protein smell over time as it isnt the same material as (stainless) its body?

works great until you lose the gasket seal... they won't sell you a single gasket, you have to buy a whole new lid
