When starting a career in primary care pharmacy, the Primary Care Pharmacy Education pathway is an essential step in the process of orientation from other pharmacy sectors.
The movement of pharmacists from the community sector to primary care in my opinion, is the single biggest up - skilling of pharmacists in a generation. Never before has such a big segment of the workforce been retrained to such a high degree.
In this video, I dissect the 18 month long course and give my initial impressions.
