Roscioli and Enzo are definitely worth a visit, but as someone who lives in Roma for part of the year, I can tell you that you can skip the other ones. There are much better restaurants. Seems more like the five restaurants some rando ate at during his trip to Roma. The two I mentioned can be found on literally every ‘best restaurants in Roma’ lists already
