Elizabeth Smart Kidnap Suspect Suffers Seizure

CBS News Raw: Brian David Mitchell, the man on trial for kidnapping and assaulting Elizabeth Smart, suffered an apparent seizure in court. Paramedics rushed to attend to Mitchell, who has reportedly been housed in a jail medical unit.

This guy is living in luxury with free health care... most Americans don't have free health care and this guy's life has changed for the better after getting arrest. Free housing, free food, free health care, free transportation, everything is free for him. Before he begged for money and stole food and drinks from stores. Now he can eat and drink as much as he like with free housekeeping and free utilities and housing.

Attention everybody:

Elizabeth Smart was only in captivity for like 40 weeks and the man in this video has been in captivity (prison) for over 14 YEARS! (52×14=MORE THAB 700 WEEKS) SO HE HAS BEEN LOCKED UP FOR LIKE 20 TIMES AS LONG AS SHE WAS LOCKED UP.

THATS NOT FAIR JUSTICE SO THE LAW PUNISHED HIM WORSE THAN WHAT HE DID. HE SHOULD'VE BEEN RELEASED IN APRIL 2004 TO GET HIS 40 WEEKS. SO REMEMBER:

THE PUNISHMENT MUST FIT THE CRIME.

IT DIDN'T IN THIS CASE. HE HAS ALREADY BEEN THERE FOR 20 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT HIS VICTIM WAS LOCKED UP.
