The creepiest thing in Minecraft is when you peacefully mine under ground, but you are mining under an ocean monument and the elder guardian gives you mining fatigue, but with that comes the f*cking jumpscare with this creepy noise and the elder guardian scrolls over your screen and you don't expect this.I know, it's just a 8-Bit pixel fish, but it's definitely the most horrifying jumpscare I have ever seen in my live and it scares even today a lot.Just with this jumpscare the elder Guardian Is the most scary mob of all and the scariest thing in Minecraft.

btw fun fact: herobrine was actually the one who made his skin because he wanted it creepy and after a few months, his computer was glitching until the computer accidently shutdown forever until his account was glitching. and his account was hacked by a random hacker and it was controlled which was to stalk players and ban them from their accounts, if ur asking me who is the hacker/player, i dont know.
