I remember having fibroid and everybody in the city said I was pregnant at my back. I was skinny like her but the fibroid made me look 7 months pregnant. After I removed the fibroid a year later, people starting telling me congrats, and I had to open up that om not.

So we can't conclude if she is pregnant untill she says so. Also maybe she has fibroid or something. People need to have some conscience for once.
