Nova Scotia tourism is hard to beat. From all the things to do in Halifax to incredible Canada road trips in Cape Breton, There are so many things to do in Nova Scotia.

Welcome to Nova Scotia!

From May 27th to June 6th, 2017, we toured Nova Scotia as part of the Road to 150 campaign. It was our second province during our 150-day road trip and what an incredible time we had. From the absolute natural beauty of Cape Breton Highlands National Park to the historic beauty of Halifax, the small-town charm of Lunenburg, and the excitement of tidal bore rafting, Nova Scotia is an incredible province to explore. Although we accomplished a lot in ten days, we really only scratched the surface of this incredible east coast province. Whether you're looking for that laid back East Coast charm, maritime history, or incredible natural wonders, Nova Scotia is the place to visit!

**
Canada's Road to 150 was a 150-day Canada-wide multimedia road trip celebrating Canada's 150th birthday by exploring the uniqueness of this country provincially and collectively while answering the question; What makes Canada special?

We drove to and through every driveable province and territory, showcasing Canada's natural beauty and regional attractions while interviewing Canadians of all cultures and backgrounds, including local celebrities, immigrants, refugees, and everyday rural and urban Canadians. Our aim was to dig deep into what makes Canada such an incredibly inspiring country while showing off the best of Canada's tourism to Canadians and to the world.

I love Nova Scotia. My mom is from there. The people are so nice. I could sit on the rocks at Peggy's Cove for hours and listen to the waves crashing.

Drove to Halifax from the States and loved everything about the city. The people, the history, our hotel,
the Harbourwalk, the museums, and especially the seafood. And it was totally dog-friendly! Loved it so much
we'll be going back next summer!

The people of Nova Scotia are exceptionally nice too. And their wineries! Blomidon is my favourite. They shipped me two cases to Ontario last month. Yum!

As Indian living in Alberta
I can say Nova Scotia and their people are the best
I’ve been to most cities in ontario, Montreal and rivière de loup in Quebec, Halifax Dartmouth lunenberg in Nova Scotia.
But Nova Scotia blew me away. The people super friendly, they never made me feel as outsider.
The only reason I had to leave Nova Scotia is expenses. I miss NS
