Awesome vid, Parker! I have the 4 stack, need to add this 5 stack to the collection. I used to do a lot of business w Big Jeff but his customer Svc and shipping depts lost my business for good. Will get elsewhere.

It's not bad due to the fact that it's performing quite well in a box not designed for it.

They handled those tune burst quite well....they are worth looking into testing as specified by the manufacturer and seeing what its true potential is in a real world experience.

Love Audiopipe subs for the price! However, I'm curious about their taller and taller motor design. While a taller motor allows for more coil movement (Xmax) if the suspension permited, the 20mm Xmax on these Audiopipe subs seems low compared to the oversized surround and to their motor height. For example, the Sundown SA 12 has a smaller surround but similar Xmax (19mm)with a larger cone resulting in more cone area. Maybe a wider motor could provide more motor force instead of just height. It's possible Audiopipe prioritizes other factors, Regardless, they're still solid subs for the price. It just seems like they might be following the idea that "bigger is better" without fully utilizing the potential.
